We love to use this shredded beef as a taco filling, but you can serve it a lot of different ways:
Beef tip slow cooker taco meat. It adds a ton of flavor to carne picada meat! Serve with seared vegetables and a side of beans or in a warm tortilla and your favorite taco ingredients. Sear chuck roast on both sides on a skillet then place into the slow cooker.
Use the back rather than front of the fork so the meat doesn’t get stuck in the prongs. Once browned, put to the side. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 24 hours or freeze up to 1 week.
Slow cook for 5 hours and you will have the most tender and delicious crockpot meal. Brown the ground beef in the pressure cooker pan on the brown setting. Pile it on rice with veggies.

Take the tastes of your next taco night up a notch by turning the cooking temperature down a notch. Use a slotted spoon to remove the meat from the slow cooker and serve. Pour this mixture over seared chuck roast in the slow cooker. Brown beef in batches in olive oil.
