Lock lid according to manufacturer’s instructions. Bring up to pressure and cook for 20 minutes.

Cook under pressure 25 minutes. When all the meat is browned, add onion to pressure cooking pot and saute until tender about 3 minutes. 2 lbs top sirloin steaks.
Once the onions turn translucent add the can of been consommé and stir to combine. Sprinkle beef tips with salt and pepper. After 90 minutes you have to depressurize your pressure cooker so that your meat can cool down.

Top with brisket and cabbage. Remove the meat from the pot and add the onions. Add browned meat and beef.
